Pay-as-you-go has one fixed price per document size, with no volume tiers. A team generating several hundred standard documents per user each month pays less on Enterprise, priced per user. For larger volumes, talk to sales about a custom price.
Yes, by default and at no extra cost. Every PDF is written as PDF/A‑2b, the ISO standard for long-term archiving, unless it is encrypted, which PDF/A forbids. A document can ask for another part, such as PDF/A‑3b to embed files or PDF/A‑4. A claim is only made when the file meets it; when it cannot be, the response says so with CONFORMANCE_WITHHELD. How conformance works
Yes, at no extra cost. A document that asks for PDF/UA‑1 or PDF/UA‑2 is tagged for screen readers and other assistive technology, alongside its PDF/A claim. What only the author can supply, such as a title, a language or a description for each image, is required by the schema, so a definition without it is refused with the key to add.
